The Akvelon Team

It all started with two Microsoft employees.

Constantine brings to our team 16 years of industry experience in software engineering, consulting, team building, and project management.

Prior to co-founding Akvelon, Constantine worked as an engineer and analyst at a number of leading technology companies, including IBM and Microsoft Corp. At Microsoft, Constantine held several management and engineering positions, including Development Manager.

Constantine is passionate about excellence in project management, striving to exceed expectations on each of Akvelon’s projects. In addition to his solid management experience, Constantine has strong PMP knowledge and multiple connections throughout the U.S. Pacific Northwest technology community.

Constantine received a B.S. and M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Radio Electronics (Kharkiv, Ukraine).

Co-Founder

Sergei is an industry veteran who attained leading roles at Honeywell and Microsoft before co-founding Akvelon in 2000. During his eight years at Microsoft, Sergei contributed to the design and implementation of Microsoft's largest and most heavily used online properties, including Microsoft Passport.

Sergei brings to our team his experience in driving business growth, project execution, and client engagements. His grounded knowledge and skills in operational and technological management, software design, and implementation are key to Akvelon’s success.

Sergei holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Minnesota. He lives in Bellevue, WA with his wife and two sons.
